Auditions for Creekside’s ‘Alice by Heart’ This Weekend

Buffalo’s Creekside Performing Arts will present “Alice by Heart,” a musical by Steven Sater, Jessica Nelson, and Duncan Sheik in upcoming performances in January.

Auditions for the musical will be this Saturday and Sunday October 7 and 8 from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Buffalo High School Auditorium.

Performers age 14 and up are encouraged to attend and have a short, 1-minute cut of a song to perform with either pre-recorded music or a cappella. No accompaniment will be provided.

“Alice by Heart” is presented by Creekside Performing Arts in collaboration with Valerie Scarlett and the BHS Theater Department.

They are also searching for help in building sets, making costumes, and a number of other associated tasks.
