County Agrees to Gatchell, GMA Financial MOU

Johnson County’s Commissioners have voted to approve and accept a Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Jim Gatchell Museum and the Gatchell Museum Association (GMA), drafted by County Attorney Tucker Ruby, who explained the details to the commission at their recent meeting.

Ruby said his understanding was that the commission and the museum were agreeable to the MOU, and will now be presented to the GMA to see if they will sign off on it as well.
