City Council Considers Phasing Plan for PUD
On September 18, 2023, the Sheridan City Council approved the Teal Springs Subdivision Planned Unit Development and Master Plan. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer said since that time, the applicant, FP Little Goose LLC, has requested a phasing plan for the PUD that consists of two phases.

The resolution amending the original PUD to allow for it to be done in two phases was approved by the Council following Mercer’s presentation.
