The Sheridan County Commission, during their last regular meeting, ratified a Master License Agreement and two License Agreements.
In their Consent Agenda portion of the meeting, the commission ratified a Master License Agreement, M24-06, with Lightspeed Construction Group, LLC.
Also ratified was License Agreement #2432LA with Visionary Communications, LLC for a plowed-type installation of fiber and conduit at County Road #56, a/k/a Swaim Road for a fee of $1,375; and another License Agreement, #2433LA, also with Visionary Communications, LLC for a plowed-type installation of fiber and conduit at County Road #113 a/k/a Upper Road, for a fee of $1,913.50.
Also approved in the Consent Agenda were minutes from various meetings, General County Warrants, General Airport Warrants, and the Elections Department’s monthly statement of fees for August, 2024.
