Jo Co P&Z to Review Plats at Tuesday Meeting

The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission will review two Final Plats and one Preliminary Platat their meeting Tuesday evening.

The Preliminary Plat is for the Tanachion Minor Subdivision and the two Final Plats are for the Kurt Redmond and Allison Brown Minor Subdivision and the North Shore Planned Unit Development (PUD), which was tabled from their July 1 meeting.

Also on the Agenda is an update on the status of the 2005 Land Use Plan and discussion of some land use concerns.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the County Planning Office located at 26 North DeSmet in Buffalo.

The meeting is open to the public.
