Sheridan Commission Approves NOI for Liquor License Applications

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered publishing a Notice of Intent (NOI) to accept applications for two available Retail Liquor Licenses for establishments outside of the five-mile buffer of any incorporated municipality in the county.

According to the NOI, the fee for a Retail Liquor License is $1,500 per year, with the licenses being in effect from June through May.

The term fro the two licenses will be less than one year and shall have a pro-rated fee.

Those interested in applying can do so by contacting the County Clerk’s Office located on the second floor of the County Courthouse Addition for questions and to get the current Retail Liquor License Application.

Completed applications must be submitted to the County Clerk’s Office by Monday, December 1 at 5 p.m.
