The roof of Sheridan City Hall needs to be replaced due to damage from a hailstorm that occurred September 12, 2024. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer said the City Hall roof replacement project was advertised on September 13, 18, and 24, and the bid opening was held on October 14. A pre-bid walkthrough was held on September 23. The City received two bids for the project.
City staff is recommending the City Council award the project to Dave Loden Construction, Inc., the lowest-qualified bidder, in the amount of $133,885. The City Council is expected to consider the award at their next business meeting Monday, November 17.
