BPD Report Shows Average October

Captain Garth Nicholas, with the Buffalo Police Department, sitting in for Chief Sean Bissett, gave the report for October to the city council.

Nicholas’ report showed an average month for the BPD.

There were just over 700 incidents during the month, with “multiple arrests,” according to the report.
