Sheridan VA Medical Center Chief of Hospital Medicine and current Wyoming Air National Guard Major, Dr. Daniel Bainbridge and Sheridan VA Chief of Mental Health Beth Martini appeared on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to inform veterans on the VA Express Clinic.
Developed over two years by Dr. Bainbridge and a dedicated team, Express Clinic staff provide care similar to military sick call or an urgent care clinic.

This expedient non-emergent medical care option can assist with a wide range of issues, from flu-like symptoms to minor pains or other medical concerns. While veterans will still be encouraged to see their primary care provider for chronic issues, this service provides another option for veterans in the Sheridan Region.
The VA Express Clinic is also equipped to handle the mental health of veterans. Martini said this clinic was developed to ensure veterans get both the physical and mental care they need right away.

Veterans can find the VA Express Clinic at the Sheridan VA Medical Center Building 71N during the scheduled hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed holidays and weekends.)
