A final plat application has been submitted to the City of Sheridan for the Falcons Nest Two Minor Subdivision located at 426 Kingfisher Avenue and 2100 Pheasant Draw Road in Sheridan. City Planner Kelly Schroeder says the applicant is proposing to divide 30.4 acres into three residential use lots.

Schroeder said there are no infrastructure improvements with this subdivision since all three proposed lots have access to dedicated public streets and utility infrastructure and the existing license agreement between the current property owner and the City to provide a walking trail will remain in effect.

The City Council is expected to consider the resolution for the final plat of the Falcons Nest Two Minor Subdivision at their next business meeting, Monday, August 17.
