Start-Up Challenge Finalists- Brit Schmitt LLC
Over the next several days leading up to next week’s Pitch Night, we’ll be highlighting the finalists for this year’s Sheridan Start-Up Challenge entrepreneur competition that is hosted by Impact 307, Sheridan’s business incubator. For the first time in its five-year history, the Sheridan Start-Up Challenge will feature six finalists vying for a chance to win business funding from the $100,000 seed fund that’s been established for the event. Brittni Schmit, Founder and Owner of Brit Schmit LLC, a line of women’s jumpsuit and romper apparel that overcomes some of the traditional limitations of wearing the garments, explains how her entrepreneurial spirit was kindled.

Along with access to the seed fund, each of the three winners at Pitch Night will receive $5,000. All six of the finalists will be eligible for the $1,000 audience choice award. Pitch Night will take place at 5:30 at the WYO Theater next Wednesday night. There will also be a live-stream of the event available on our website sheridanmedia.com.
