City of Sheridan Treasurer Karen Burtis recently presented the Sheridan City Council and Mayor Rich Bridger with the latest sales and use tax numbers for the City. Burtis said for the month of September, the sales and use tax was up 13.9 percent, or $60,328, over September of 2020.

Burtis said the internet tax is up 26.7 percent, or $8,584 over September of 2020, and the year-to-date is up 19.8 percent, or $30,870 from last year.
