JCSD1 Board Makes Committee Appointments

The Johnson County School Board, in addition to electing officers for the coming year, have made appointments to the various committees the board members serve on.

Superintendent Charles Auzqui asked for volunteers to serve on a new committee.

Jan Johnson will serve on the BOCES Committee, the Buffalo High School Development Fund Committee, and the Policy Committee.

Dave Belus will serve on the BOCHES Committee, the Joint Powers Fuel Board, and the SR3 Committee.

Mike Moon will be on the Recreation Board.

Lynette Fox will be on the Deliberation Committee and the District Advisory Committee.

Randy Brown will serve on the Sheridan College in Johnson County Advisory Committee.

Jodi Verplanke will be on the District Advisory Committee and the Sick Leave Bank Committee.

John Manzella will be the second board member to serve on the new SR3 Committee.
