News – Sheridan Media {“value”:” Second reading of an ordinance to amend the Teal Springs Planned Unit Development in Sheridan. Mayor Rich Bridger says that  it is considered a Major PUD Amendment because it affects all of the lots within the subdivision that is located south of Brundage Lane between Wetlands Drive and Coffeen Avenue.
