Two more forest fires have broken out in the last few days. A small fire at Buffalo caught in the lumber mill and did some damage, but it was on a main road and a force of men was soon at work and kept it from spreading to the forests.
Rev. Ira W. Kingsley officiated at two weddings yesterday afternoon. The first was that of John G. Kelly and Ida G. Edsall, and the second the marriage of Miss Stella Seaman and Mr. Chester Cotton. Both couples will make their home in Sheridan.
A charming birthday party was given yesterday afternoon in honor of Miss Minnie McHenry at her home on South Main street.
