The Sheridan County Commission discussed a contract between the county and Condrey & Associates, Inc. for professional services to be performed from February 1 through April 30, 2022 to study market changes concerning the employment scenario within the county to help recruit and retain quality employees moving forward.
County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explained the service contract to the county commission during their recent meeting.
Obermueller said she recommends having these studies done every three years to keep up with market changes.
The cost of the study will be $27,500 according to the contract.
