The Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners has issued a release notifying the public they will be accepting applications for a retail liquor license that will be available as of June 1, 2022.
According to the release, the license is a Retail Liquor License outside of the five (5) mile buffer of the City of Sheridan.
A Retail Liquor License allows sale of alcoholic liquor and malt beverages for consumption on premise, off premise, or both.
The fee for a Retail Liquor License is $1,500 a year.
Applications will be accepted in the County Commissioner’s Office for the County Clerk until Friday, May 13, 2022 at 5 p.m.
The County Commissioner’s Office can answer questions and provide the current Retail Liquor License application.
