The Downtown Sheridan Association is inviting the public to the Goose Creek Polo Cup on July 31, at the Flying H Polo Club.
Cost is only $20 per car load of people. While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, DSA President Kristin Herbst told listeners the level of athleticism displayed on the field during the competition is second to none with some of the world’s top professional polo players jumping in the game.

Gates open at 3 p.m. July 31, at the Flying H Polo Club. Kids can take part in a foot race beginning at 4:30 and the games will begin at 5 p.m. Kona Ice will be at the event.
Halftime will include the traditional Champagne Divot Stomp and the event will feature a Professional Long Drive Calcutta and an Armature Long Drive. An awards ceremony will follow after the games.
Funds raised from this event will be used to support DSA and their mission to enhance, preserve and promote downtown Sheridan, including their ongoing efforts to support stream restoration in Sheridan.
