Johnson County OKs Contract for Juvenile Service Grant

Johnson County has accepted and approved a contract for the Community Juvenile Services Grant through the Wyoming Department of Family Services, at the request of County Attorney Tucker Ruby.

Ruby explained that the grant funding was originally pulled, and then reallocated by the legislature.

The funding for the county’s mentoring program is for $50,000 for the biennium, which the county will split for $25,000 per year, according to Ruby.
