A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission for Devin and Caitlin Daugaard to construct and operate a construction business at 120 Meade Creek Road.
According to the application, the business site would occupy a 4.1-acre portion of the 6.2-acre parcel that is zoned A-Agricultural.
County Planner Mark Reid spoke more on the planned usage of the property.
Commission members spoke in favor of the CUP, saying it was more appropriate for the proposed usage of the property than the original petition for a re-zone that they voted down.
