Jo Co Comm Discusses New Tisdale Mountain Tower Agreement

Johnson County discussed an agreement with a new landowner for a repeater tower on Tisdale Mountain.

County Emergency Management Coordinator Marilyn Connolly explained the need for a new agreement.

County Deputy Attorney Barry Crago said he can draft a new agreement with the new landowner and bring it back before the commission at their next meeting in June that will reflect the new yearly lease amount.
