Sheridan Commission OK’s Brooks Street Change Order

A Change Order on the Brooks Street Greenspace Project has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Administrative Director Cameron Duff explained the need for the change order.

Change Order #1, will add $66,645 to the total cost and will add 30 calendar days to the overall project length.

The revised contract with Northern Underground, LLC now shows a revision to 220 total calendar days on the project at a revised total contract amount of $2,308,784.15.
