HD 30 Candidates Discuss Property Tax

Property taxes in Wyoming continue to increase at astronomical levels. In March, Governor Mark Gordon signed into law a number of property tax relief bills that were approved by the Wyoming Legislature during the budget session earlier this year. The two candidates running in the Republican primary for the Wyoming House of Representatives District 30 seat are Gail Symons and Tom Kelly. The candidates, while guests on Friday’s open line program, were asked to offer their thoughts on the property tax issue in Wyoming. Kelly had this to say.

Symons said the State Legislature passed four property tax relief bills this past session.
