It was confirmed in a media release from Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray that on Monday the Secretary of State’s Office received a white substance in the mail. Gray said law enforcement was immediately contacted and the office was evacuated.

Gray said that they have notified county election officials throughout the state, advising them to be aware of suspicious mail and to use extra precaution. Law enforcement is currently evaluating and investigating the incident.
