As part of their Consent Agenda during their recent meeting, Sheridan County’s Commissioners ratified a Master License Agreement, and a License Agreement between the county and Milan and Kara Schreibeis for a bored crossing installation of a water line at County Road #161, Dutch Creek Road.
According to the agreement paperwork, the 60-foot bored crossing will be for a water line from an existing well to a ranch house on the property.
The fee charged by the county is $150 for the crossing, and $.25 per foot for the boring under the road at 60 feet, or $15, for a total charge of $165.
Also ratified was a License Agreement with Montana-Dakota Utilities for a bored crossing installation of an underground power line at County Road #87, Beaver Creek Road, which was exempted from fees.
