The Downtown Business District Overlay applies to the historic core of downtown, including Main Street.  Use regulations stipulate that certain uses such as filling stations and vehicle sales shall follow the Special Exemption process and be reviewed by the Board of Adjustment prior to approval.  Prohibited uses in the district include establishments containing six or more skill-based amusement games, one-family dwellings, outdoor storage as a primary use, and heavy industrial uses.
