The “Living with Uncertainty: Finding Your Footing” workshop explores the uncertainty that often accompanies aging and cognitive changes before, during or after a dementia diagnosis. Participants will examine common assumptions and responses that may unintentionally increase distress and will learn practical approaches to better assess situations and take meaningful action.
The goal is to help attendees better understand the challenges of dementia, develop practical care strategies and connect with a supportive network within the community.
