Buffalo Council Rejects Property Bid, Makes Counter Offer

Buffalo’s City Council entered into an Executive Session at their meeting this week to discuss a Real Estate issue, according to their Agenda.

After closing the Executive Session and re-entering their regular meeting, Councilman Scott Madsen made a motion.

Councilman Mike Madden was concerned the council wanted to reject the initial offer.

The council voted to reject the offer and authorize the mayor to sign a counter offer to sell the property in the Business Park for $200,000 with Madden voting against.
