The Sheridan City Council met for their first regular business meeting of September Tuesday night. Following a public hearing and presentation by City Planner Kelly Schroeder, the City Council, on a 2 to 5 vote, denied a request to deannex 1.5 acres of property at 4672 Coffeen Avenue. Prior to the vote, Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger addressed ordinance 2306-26.
The City Council approved the final plat of the Falcons Nest Two Minor Subdivision. A resolution for the High Eagle Minor Subdivision was also an item that received the Council’s approval. We’ll have more from the Council meeting in future stories.
