The Sheridan County Commission considered a License Agreement with Montana-Dakota Utilities for open trench/crossing installation of 4-inch PE & 1/4-inch gas line at County Road #109 a/k/a McCormick Road, for a fee of just over $9,800.
County Engineer Ken Muller was asked to give more details on the request.
During discussion, the commission was concerned about the gas line running parallel to McCormick Road and not being able to be more than five feet from the edge of the road.
The commission voted unanimously to deny the License Agreement.
