The second in a series of solar energy webinars is scheduled for Wednesday, February 16 at 6 pm. Bill Bensel is one of the organizers of the webinar and he says it will focus on affordability, financing and funding of solar electric systems in Wyoming for home, farm and business.

Bensel said the webinar is free and open to the public and experts will be available to answer any questions that attendees may have about solar energy.
