The Johnson County Commission has approved an amendment to a contract with the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) District 4 for the county to purchase gravel and other materials.
County Road & Bridge Supervisor Scott Pehringer explained the Indirect Cost Allocation Plan or ICAP part of the amendment further.
Pehringer said the agreement is important because materials for the new criminal justice center and for the taxiway project at the airport, among others, were purchased through this agreement and has benefitted road and bridge and the county over the years.
The new agreement will be in place through 2024.
