The Hospital Board of Trustees for the Johnson County Healthcare Center, at their recent meeting, reviewed the latest requests for approval of credentialing for providers at the facility.
Board President Dr. Mark Schueler gave more details.
According to aafp.org, credentialing is the process of verifying qualifications to ensure current competence to grant privileges, involving verification of education, training, experience, and licensure to provide services.
