News – Sheridan Media

Buffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett, in a recent report to the city council, discussed a number of recent arrests that resulted in the seizure of various kinds of drugs, including Fentanyl.

The powerful narcotic poses a threat to the general public, and he was asked what they can do to help.

Bissett said law enforcement hears all the time from the public that they saw something and didn’t say anything or they didn’t think to call anyone.

He said law enforcement is available 24-7, they don’t think that any report is frivolous and they investigate everything.

He said they are working and being proactive to “keep this junk out of our community.”
